Class begins by opening the body to receive the healing sounds of the Gongs with some gentle stretches, breath work, mantras, or Kundalini Meditations. Followed by meditation and relaxation, laying down while we are being tune by the sounds of the gong or gongs. Sacred instruments such as, Tibetan and crystal bowls, bells, chimes, and more may also be included. Be prepared to receive a very deep internal vibration massage produced by the sacred sound waves. Bringing back alive the ancient practices of the so call sleeping temples of Egypt and Greece to repair and heal the Body, the Mind.
