I have been practicing yoga since I was 13 years old, and I thank God every day for the healing and light this practice has brought me. Through the years I have gone through many phases, but in times of doubt I can always come back to my mat and find peace.
In the summer of 2015 I stepped through Radiant’s door for the first time and my life has only gotten better and better with every day that I spend here. Not only have I grown stronger physically, but I have grown so much mentally and deepened my connection with my inner spirit.
I am honored and humbled to be part of this team of incredible souls, and call Radiant Hot Yoga my home.
