To say that teacher training changes your life is truly an understatement.
I have had many experiences in my life, from other exercise training programs, to graduate school; and the RHY teacher training program by far affected me the most. I found a greater sense of self, found my “Zen”, and connected with a spirituality that I didn’t previously know existed within me. We laughed, we cried, we sometimes became frustrated with each other; but all of the experiences with all the amazing people in the program, brought us closer to each other, and closer to ourselves. You will find a peace, and most importantly, a love for yourself that you may not be able to gain in any other outlet. RHY brings a sense of home, comfort, and love from each and every person that walks through those doors. That home, comfort and love will alter your inner soul and you will forever be changed. I am grateful for the RHY teacher training program for providing me an outlet to delve into myself a litter deeper, develop my personal yoga practice even further, and connecting me with some of the most amazing souls I have ever met….yogis that I will be forever connected to.
