The Teacher Training Program I went through at Radiant Hot Yoga was truly a time in which I was challenged to unearth and discover my best self on a physical level, emotional level, and a spiritual level.
I signed up knowing I would be pushed physically but I had no idea or comprehension the journey I would be taken on to unearth parts of me that had been hidden and pushed aside through the years. The Teacher Training offered me the opportunity to polish and shine my inner strengths by bringing them back to life in a complete different way that I had never known. Darlene provides a program that is rich in depth and full of experiences that will leave a mark on whom ever chooses to embark on this journey. I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone because no matter how old or how young you are because this Teacher Training Program is a life changing experience.
