Yoga came to me in a time of my life where I needed it most, although it wasn’t until I found radiant hot yoga that I truly found a connection to something greater than myself.
Teacher training at Radiant was the icing on the cake to all of my previous training and classes. The transformation for me wasn’t physical as much as it was mental and emotional.
Darlene came to me and said she saw something in me to be an amazing teacher, and even though I had already a done a training before, this training was where I fully blossomed and was able to take my place in front of the classroom. Through amazing lectures, a bond with my fellow trainees, and the most encouraging leader, I found the strength to stand up and speak my truest voice and heart. Every time doubt entered my heart, Darlene was always there to pick me up and give me words of encouragement.
What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with the RHY community, and that teaching at this studio would become one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. My connection with my students is of the utmost importance, and you will never find another studio with this available to you. When I walk into the studio I feel completely at peace, and at home, like it is where I belong.
