Tyler is from Manhattan Beach, CA. He began his yoga journey during his professional hockey career. Tyler played professional ice hockey for 10 seasons and currently still competes in the pro circuit. His teams during his career often incorporated yoga during pre-game and post-game routines and workouts.
Tyler began practicing at Radiant Hot Yoga on April 4, 2022. Since he joined, he has taken almost three hundred hot room classes at Radiant as well as completing his 200-Hour Teacher Training Course at Radiant during the fall of 2022.
Tyler’s amazing attitude during his classes, and high energy makes for a fun, challenging, rewarding experience taking place in a positive learning environment. His classes are a tremendous workout while incorporating relaxing Breathwork and yoga meditation techniques.
His experience in coaching athletics for the past 13 years has helped immensely in his yoga teaching style as well. Tyler’s musical abilities and voice are some of his strong qualities he possesses while teaching at RHY as well! Tyler has been teaching yoga since Dec 2022.
