Analisa started doing yoga (Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga) 20 years ago at Sports Club Irvine (known today as Equinox) and regularly practiced 6 times a week for about 10 years. She then transition ed to running marathons and Ironman Triathlons until a back injury and subsequent surgery led her back to yoga.
She first came to Radiant Hot Yoga in February of 2014 while training for Ironman 70.3 in Panama in order to train in an environment t hat would allow her to ideally acclimate for a race in a hot and humid country. In June 2016, she completed the 30 day challenge where she fell in love and incorporated Radiant Hot Yoga as part of her regular work out schedule. Soon thereafter, she enrolled in the Fall 2016 Teacher Training course and became inspired to motivate others to strive for a strong body and mind in order to find balance and longevity. Analisa obtained her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certificate in the Fall of 2016.
In her life outside of the studio, Analisa is a trained chef, philanthropist, avid hiker and world traveler.
