What will you be learning?
Radiant Hot Sequence
A balanced blend of static postures and dynamic vinyasa flow. This class creates a sense of inner peace, while increasing strength and flexibility.
Radiant Hot Sculpt
A high energy, full body strength training power class. Sculpt fuses Radiant’s sequence with weights, cardio and endurance for a head to toe invigorating experience.
A slow paced style of yoga where poses are held for long periods of time. Yin yoga is said to conned the energy lines of the body to improve circulation, health and emotional well being through moving meditation. It is a powerful compliment to the Radiant sequence.
