This holiday season, I find myself filled with such gratitude and love. I reflect on how truly grateful my daughters and I are for each and every single one of you. As we move into a new decade the one thing that has held true for me is my yoga practice and being able to come to a place and feel the collective energy and like mindedness of those around me.
I am so enthusiastic about the coming 8th year of our business at the Newport Beach Studio. I am in awe of the healing & transformation the students have gone through. My daughters and I are blessed to be a part of this amazing community.
Our Irvine Studio is arriving at it’s 4th year of business. With a variety of classes everyday, for almost every age, our Irvine Studio has blossomed into a sacred place for the entire family.
What a blessing it has been to be a witness to so many of your lives – watching families grow, children born, graduations, and marriages.
I have learned it takes a tribe to raise a family. I came to Orange County alone with two little girls, with a little dream of owning a yoga studio and making a healing sanctuary for my family. Now, I feel so lucky to call many of you my family.
