Your amazing teacher Franciska

My name is Franciska and I LOVE yoga. I’m a mother of three active boys and I live in sunny Southern California. I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary where I took my first yoga class at the age of thirteen.

I started to teach private yoga in 2011 as well as visiting different workshops and kept educating myself. I learned from Brian Kest, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Megan Bello, Alexandria Crow, Lesley Fighmeister and Tim Senesi.

Your amazing teacher Liz

Liz is a Medical Device professional who found her love in hot yoga in 2014. Yoga was always an important part of her life, but it was only when she was introduced to Radiant Hot Yoga that she became hooked.

Teaching has been a dream of hers for several years and now has fulfilled this dream through the 2019 RHY Teacher Training.

Liz thrives on making a continuous positive impact on her yoga community and is honored to be a part of the Radiant Family.
