Hello! My name is EvaLouise but everyone calls me Eva. When I was 13-years-old, my mom brought me to my first ever Radiant Hot Yoga class. At first the heat and challenge scared me away but overtime I learned to love the mental challenge and discipline that practicing brought me. Then, when I was 15, Radiant Teacher Training found me at a time when I needed it most. I had a hard time fitting in at school but the community at Radiant managed to bring me a sense of belonging and acceptance. This showed me that Radiant is more than just a yoga studio, it is a family.

I am currently 17-years-old and I am excitedly waiting for some college decisions! I love my morning iced coffee and I have a 7-year-old bunny named Baileys. I want to study medicine and my dream is to become an OBGYN one day.

My biggest hope as an instructor is that I can continue spreading the love and help others to heal themselves from the inside out. Yoga is truly for everyone, no matter age or physical capability. There is a place for everyone at Radiant Hot Yoga and I am excited to continue growing our yoga family!
