PARTICIPANT CONDUCT, SAFETY & DISMISSAL POLICY

At Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats, our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, supportive, and transformational experience for all participants.

By purchasing, registering for, attending, or participating in any retreat, teacher training, class, workshop, event, membership, program, or service offered by Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and/or Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Participant Conduct, Safety & Dismissal Policy.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being of fellow participants, staff, instructors, venue personnel, vendors, local communities, and the overall retreat, training, studio, or event environment.

Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse participation, remove a participant from any activity, dismiss a participant from any retreat, teacher training, class, workshop, event, membership, program, or service, and/or deny future participation without refund, credit, transfer, reimbursement, or compensation if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, intoxicated, under the influence, or otherwise detrimental to the experience, safety, or well-being of others.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior of any kind
• Physical, verbal, emotional, sexual, or abusive behavior
• Sexual misconduct, unwanted advances, inappropriate touching, or boundary violations
• Illegal drug use, possession, distribution, or being under the influence of illegal substances
• Excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, or behavior resulting from alcohol use that negatively impacts the safety, comfort, or experience of others
• Behavior that endangers oneself or others
• Repeated disruption of classes, trainings, retreat activities, excursions, workshops, ceremonies, meals, transportation, accommodations, or group experiences
• Violation of retreat policies, studio policies, teacher training policies, venue rules, hotel/resort policies, local laws, or regulations
• Theft, dishonesty, destruction of property, or damage to rooms, venues, vehicles, equipment, or belongings
• Conduct that causes additional costs, damages, losses, penalties, claims, legal exposure, or disruption to Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC, Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats, venues, vendors, staff, instructors, participants, or third parties
• Any behavior that interferes with the safety, comfort, enjoyment, operation, reputation, or well-being of participants, staff, instructors, venues, vendors, local communities, or the retreat/training environment

Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats retain the sole authority to determine whether conduct violates this policy and what corrective action, including immediate removal, dismissal, denial of continued participation, or denial of future services, is appropriate.

Any participant who is removed, dismissed, denied continued participation, or who voluntarily departs early for any reason shall be solely responsible for all resulting expenses, including but not limited to airfare, flight changes, rebooking fees, transportation, lodging, meals, medical expenses, emergency transportation, legal expenses, lost activities, missed excursions, unused retreat/training days, and any other related costs.

Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats shall not be responsible for arranging, paying for, reimbursing, refunding, crediting, transferring, compensating, or covering any such expenses under any circumstances.

Any participant whose conduct results in damages, losses, penalties, additional expenses, legal claims, property damage, medical expenses, transportation expenses, vendor charges, venue charges, or other costs incurred by Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC, Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats, retreat venues, training venues, hotels, resorts, vendors, instructors, staff, participants, or third parties may be held financially responsible for all such costs.

No refunds, credits, transfers, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for removal, dismissal, denial of continued participation, denial of future participation, voluntary early departure, missed activities, missed excursions, unused services, or policy violations.

Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats further reserve the right to deny future participation, attendance, membership, teacher training enrollment, retreat registration, class participation, workshop attendance, event participation, or services to any individual based on prior conduct, safety concerns, behavioral concerns, medical concerns, liability risks, intoxication-related concerns, substance-related concerns, or violations of this policy.

By completing any purchase, registration, deposit, payment, attendance, or participation, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT STATEMENT FOR REGISTRATION / CONFIRMATION

Your purchase, deposit, registration, attendance, and/or participation in any retreat, teacher training, class, workshop, event, membership, program, or service offered by Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and/or Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the Participant Conduct, Safety & Dismissal Policy.

Radiant Hot Yoga, LLC and Radiant Luxury Yoga Retreats reserve the right to remove, dismiss, deny continued participation, or deny future participation to any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, intoxicated, under the influence, unlawful, threatening, abusive, or detrimental to the experience, safety, or well-being of others.

Should a participant be removed, dismissed, denied continued participation, or voluntarily depart early, all resulting costs and expenses—including airfare, flight changes, rebooking fees, transportation, lodging, meals, medical expenses, emergency transportation, missed activities, unused services, vendor charges, venue charges, legal expenses, and any related costs—shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

No refunds, credits, transfers, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided.
