How has yoga and your practice exceeded your expectations?
Yoga has helped with lower back issues that I was experiencing before I started practicing. Thanks to yoga I no longer have back issues.
My first couple of classes I had a love/not so much love relationship with my yoga practice, but it quickly turned into a 100% love relationship.
My husband Tod and I practice regularly, and when we have to miss a class, we can’t wait to get back to Radiant and our mat. Yoga has definitely become a part of our healthy lifestyle.” – Joyce

Regular yoga practice helps me feel stronger, more focused, balanced, and I have more energy.

Have you tried other styles of yoga? What makes Radiant Hot Yoga your preferred place of practice?
I have tried other styles of yoga, but I prefer the heat at Radiant. The heat is beneficial for deeper stretching and releasing toxins & impurities.
