Typhanie has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Though she was first drawn to the practice for its restorative properties, she soon fell in love with it for the deep knowledge of self it gave her. Through the ebbs and flows of life, she would always find herself returning to her mat to stay grounded and connected. But she didn’t find her true heart, true tribe, or true voice until she discovered Radiant Hot Yoga.
After attending RHY for over a year, she finally decided to sign up for the Radiant Hot Yoga Teacher Training program to further deepen her practice. After graduating from the program, Typhanie feels as though she has been given a special gift from the universe. And she feels completely honored and blessed to be able to guild fellow yogis through this beautiful moving meditation.
Outside of Radiant you can more than likely find Typhanie with her Hubby at the beach; reading, writing and/or chasing Seagulls.
Think about what it is that you want out of life but more importantly, think about what it is that life wants out of you.’ – Typhanie P.
