My first time ever practicing yoga was when I stepped foot into Radiant in February 2019. That’s the day I fell in love with the gift of yoga. Not just for the physical benefits, but more so for the emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits. I gained a newfound love for myself that I never had before. I was practicing everyday from that point on.
I joined Radiant’s Teacher Training Program three months later to deepen my practice. I didn’t intend to teach initially, but as the program progressed there was something inside of me telling me to teach. By the end of the Teach Training, I knew that was my calling. I want to be able to impact others the way this practice has impacted me. Sharing the gift of self love, kindness, gratitude, forgiveness, hope, and confidence that I’ve obtained from my yoga journey thus far.
