I was introduced to yoga about a decade ago during college in San Luis Obispo. However, I had never taken a hot yoga class before walking into Radiant Hot Yoga Irvine in April 2017. New to the area, I figured I would “studio shop” around for as long as I could for cheap, unlimited yoga (Don’t lie, you’ve done it too!). That journey didn’t last very long. Within just two weeks, I was signed up for yoga teacher training at Radiant Hot Yoga!
Yoga has done wonders to reverse the painful effects of my sports-related injuries, alleviate stress, broaden my perspective, and maintain meaningful relationships. I am happy to develop these feelings of newness and balance within others and thankful to the Radiant family for offering me that opportunity.
Outside of the hot room I work in engineering and construction management. I am a travel and adventure junkie who loves anything outdoorsy, cycling, San Diego Padres baseball, and keeping my ‘65 Mustang alive.
