Delaney is a senior at Chapman University Studying Business Finance and Political Science.
She has always had a passion for the health and fitness community; throughout her 4 years at Chapman she loved trying new fitness classes, different types of exercise and anything to challenge her mind and body. Despite all of the hard work she felt a disconnect between her body and her mind. She was spending so much time on the physical and neglecting the mental and spiritual.
It wasn’t until a friend introduced her to Radiant that everything changed. Each time she came to the studio she left feeling centered, her mind was a little clearer, and her heart was a little lighter. Radiant became her safe place, a place where judgment and ego could not grow. Where she could be vulnerable, authentic and honest. In this studio there was nothing to prove, nothing to compare. It was a place of inner and outer growth.
She began to hear about the upcoming teacher training and felt it pulling at her heart. After much reflection and contemplation she took the leap of faith and began her journey to becoming a yoga instructor. The day of graduation was indescribable, and one of the proudest moments of her life. From that day forward she could begin to give back. She could work every day to offer the same healing, motivation and self love that she was able to find through coming to this practice.
