Cierra’s life dramatically changed for the better ever since she found yoga during her senior year of high school in 2012. She needed to pick an activity she had never done before for a senior project and quickly fell in love with yoga. From the way the physical practice has challenged her, to the way the mental practice has healed her, she always found a way to incorporate mindful meditation in her daily routine.
Cierra joined the Radiant family in March of 2016 and completed the Radiant Hot Yoga Teacher Training in the Spring of 2017.
Yoga, to me, is much more than just a workout, it is a daily spiritual ritual that must not be broken in order to meet the best possible version of yourself. Without yoga, I would not be who I am today and I’m forever grateful for this beautiful journey.”
In her free time, Cierra loves to listen to yoga music, play the ukulele, go hiking with her dog, explore different types of yoga classes, bask in the sun on the beach, play in the snow, dance in the rain or shine, and frolic in the wildflowers.
Outside of the studio, she loves extreme sports such as snowboarding, dirtbike riding, wake boarding, jet skiing and boating at the river in Arizona. Cierra hopes to inspire others as much as Radiant Hot Yoga has inspired her.
