Audrey discovered yoga as a means of physical recovery when she was 12 years old. For years, yoga helped her find a balance of strength and flexibility while she was dancing competitively. As a kinesiology major at CSUF, she was able to take a hatha yoga class where she deepened her asanas, learned breathing and meditation techniques, and found true connection to her yoga practice.
Audrey has spent years working in the physical therapy field and is passionate about healing the body through movement. Her goal is to share the mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual benefits yoga provides. Through teaching yoga, Audrey has found a deep sense of purpose, more passion for life, and more love for the world.
