What benefits were you hoping to receive from your yoga practice?
Before I started at Radiant, I was constantly feeling tight and sore from other activities. It was making me feel so old! I promised myself in 2015, I was going to try Yoga in hopes of feeling better. It has been life changing! I seriously live pain free and feel the best I have in 10 years.” – Rebecca

How has yoga benefitted you off the mat?
Not only does my body feel so much stronger but it has helped my stress level incredibly! Often times, I walk into Radiant with my mind going crazy with stressful and confrontational work issues and after the class ends, all of that pressure and stress is gone. It actually has helped me to become calmer, happier and overall a more productive person.
Plus, I get to spend more time with my handsome husband. He has always been a runner and I’m a swimmer, so it was rare when we actually worked out together. It’s so fun to share the same passion!” – Rebecca
Do you notice a change in your physical, mental, emotional and or spiritual body from a regular yoga practice?

Have you tried other styles of yoga? What makes Radiant Hot Yoga your preferred place of practice?
Yes I have tried yoga in a non heated room and actually tried Brikrham hot yoga 15 years ago once and did not like it! The very first time my daughter, Bella, brought me to Radiant, I loved it! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and positive. It’s so rare you can find a challenging physical activity that is peaceful and non competitive. I feel so grateful I have found Radiant Hot Yoga!” – Rebecca
