I feel more fit than I ever have, and I have tried so many things. Not only that, but I enjoy it and I feel so much stronger mentally as well.” – Melanie
How has yoga benefited you off the mat?
Yoga is now my release and my routine. The endorfins and the workout are a great benefit, but now I come for a time to concentrate on myself. It gives me time to meditate in a busy life. A happy wife is a happy life! And I am a much happier person after a yoga class. You don’t want to see me the other days… Justin wants me to go!” – Melanie
Do you notice a change in your physical, mental, emotional and or spiritual body from a regular yoga practice?
Yoga is my time to release any anxiety and stress. I have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of strength and flexibility. I come home a much happier and more stable person. I feel much more connected with myself and my family.” – Melanie
Have you tried other styles of yoga? What makes Radiant Hot Yoga your preferred place of practice?
I have tried Bikram as well as a number of other types of workouts. I have played sports, mixed martial arts, running, gyms. Radiant Hot Yoga is the first thing that I have felt connected to, and it is something that I look forward to everyday. And of course the environment is so special and welcoming.
