What benefits were you hoping to receive from your yoga practice?

How has yoga and your practice exceeded your expectations?
I have been practicing for about four years and when I first started I would have never imagined the impact yoga has had on my life. I once injured myself three weeks before a marathon and ended up training only on my mat. Not only did I finish the race I ran for a PR.” – Erik V.
How has yoga benefitted you off the mat?
This may sound cliché however yoga has brought to my heart more love, more life, more patience and the importance of breathing. I am also a triathlete and the practice of controlled breathing in the hot room has made training much easier.” – Erik V.
Do you notice a change in your physical, mental, emotional and or spiritual body from a regular yoga practice?
I absolutely have noticed a positive change and more focused thinking. Yoga has certainly helped in my efforts to “let it go” and to be in the moment.” – Erik V.
Have you tried other styles of yoga? What makes Radiant Hot Yoga your preferred place of practice?
I have tried Bikram and liked it, however I prefer the pace and challenge of the Radiant flow.” – Erik V.
