When did you first start doing yoga?
“I first started yoga in April of 2014.” – Nick

“Yoga has changed my life immensely.
I feel happier and stronger both mentally and physically.” – Nick
Why do you think everyone should try hot yoga?
“Radiant Hot Yoga has changed me mainly mentally.
I come out after every class feeling happier and grateful for everything I have.
The physical development has been huge as well, I feel much stronger and I am a lot more flexible.” – Nick
What makes Radiant Hot Yoga so special?
“Radiant is so special because it is such a welcoming environment!
I walk into Radiant knowing that a great class is in store. All of the teachers are so encouraging and the overall vibe of the studio is awesome.” – Nick
What advice do you have for new students who want to try hot yoga?
“When I first started all I knew about were the physical benefits. People should try yoga not only for the tremendous changes they will see in their body, but the transformation that we all see mentally.” – Nick
What is your favorite posture and why?
“My favorite poses are fixed firm and half moon.” – Nick
