This 60 minute class infuses the Radiant Hot Sequence with dance, lower body strengthening, and toning exercises.
Radiant Bounce is designed to push the practitioner out of their comfort zone to experience movement in a fun and exciting way. Students will move, sweat, and dance in a gently heated environment. You will leave the class feeling invigorated by the full mind-body movement experience.
