Storytime Yoga classes to our Littlest Peeps
ages 3 and up
Dear yogis,
While you are enjoying your 9:30 am heated yoga class, we will be offering a non-heated education yoga class for your little peeps. Our classes are designed for ages 3 and up, to make learning and yoga fun! We expose the children to the culturally diverse world through stories, yoga, games, crafts and meditation. Each month we will embark on a new adventure.

Meet the the Instructors of Little Peeps Yoga
Michelle Pallante & Meng Zhao

Michelle Pallante
Master Storytime Yoga Certified instructor
Michelle is a Penn State graduate with her BS in Elementary and Kindergarten Education. Michelle has taught at public schools before moving to California where she fell in love with the Montessori Method. She has received her Montessori Certification for K-8 and has been a lead preschool and lead Kindergarten teacher for Montessori of Ladera Ranch and Sunflower Montessori in Mission Viejo. She loves sharing her love of learning and yoga with her three little girls.

Meng Zhao
Meng first fell in love with yoga in 2012 and has not stopped practice since! After getting the 200 RYT certificate, Meng started teaching children, teen, and adults yoga at various places around OC.
Meng has a background in Communication Studies and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education at Chapman University. Meng’s two biggest passions are yoga and education – what is a better way to combine the two in one, other than teaching yoga?
