Jacey has always been an avid soccer, lacrosse player and runner with a passion for exercise. Due to the high impact of these activities, it caused back and knee pain, tight hamstrings and sore feet. A trainer recommended Jacey try a hot yoga class in 2005 and she was instantly hooked!
Yoga not only helped bring her body into balance and alleviate joint issues, but even more noticeable were the mental benefits.
Looking to deepen her practice is what led Jacey to complete her 200 hour Radiant Hot Yoga Teacher Training. Fusing poses with music from many genres encourages her students to move with their breath and to stay present and connected. Jacey teaches her students to embrace challenges, have fun and use their practice as a tool to find inspiration and joy on and off the mat.
