Little Peeps Storytime Yoga - November
Storytime Yoga classes to our Littlest Peeps
ages 3 and up
We are so excited to partner with Little Peeps Yoga to introduce Storytime Yoga classes to our Littlest Peeps, ages 3 and up!
While you are enjoying your 9:30 am heated yoga class, we will be offering a non-heated education yoga class for your little peeps. Our classes are designed for ages 3 and up, to make learning and yoga fun! We expose the children to the culturally diverse world through stories, yoga, games, crafts and meditation. Each month we will embark on a new adventure.
Join us in November as we cultivate gratitude with our Little Peeps! We have so much to be thankful for and we will be spending time observing what it means to feel grateful in our hearts.
For our Littlest Peeps we will be reading North American folktales focusing on gratitude, doing silly turkey yoga sequences and practice our breathing using Native American feathers. We will play Native American games and make crafts like dream catchers. Our meditations will focus on our heart filled gratitude for all we have.
