  • BABY & ME Yoga is a non-heated class for newborns up to 14 months, held every Monday.
  • Bring your baby to a fun, supportive class where you can get back into your body and connect with your baby.
  • Mommies, Grammies, Aunties, and Daddies are welcome too!
  • Included with Drop-In or Monthly Memberships.

No show / late cancel fee of $40. If you cannot make it to class, You need to cancel 3 hours before your class starts, or you will be charged. Because you are holding up a place, someone else could have.
