Natalie grew up in southern California playing many sports; however soccer was her main focus. She played soccer in college at Yale and discovered yoga after tearing her ACL in 2009. Natalie began practicing Bikram yoga and loved the physical challenge of being in the hot room and truly learning how to breath through difficult situations. Yoga helped heal and improve her body, and has stuck with her ever since.
Natalie lived in New York City upon graduating and worked at Major League Baseball for four years. She completed her Masters in Sports Management at Columbia and continues to work in the sports industry. Outside of work Natalie received her personal training certification through NSCA and began training clients in their homes and at the Yale Club. She taught spin and HIIT classes and loved balancing her high intensity training through her own yoga practice.
In early 2016, she returned to California accepting a job with a high-profile baseball agency in Newport Beach, continuing to grow her career in sports. Health and fitness have always been a passion for Natalie and she missed teaching classes and inspiring students to grow. Upon finding Radiant Hot Yoga, Natalie instantly loved the challenge of the heat and vinyasa combination, along with the beautiful messages each teacher shared throughout the class. Teaching yoga became a priority and Natalie’s next dream.
Outside of yoga, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and delicious food. She received her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training certificate through Radiant in Fall of 2016 and has been teaching ever since.
