Yoga has pushed me to open up about myself. When first practicing yoga it was about having a venue to release and let go of all the stresses in my life, and it has grown into an area where I can help others release the stresses in their lives. Even as a little kid, I always felt as if I was meant to be there for and help others in any way that I could. Radiant Hot Yoga couldn’t be a better place to do just that.
To find something so uplifting and freeing of the mind, body, heart and soul has saved my life. My old ways of thinking negatively towards myself and being frustrated probably will never go away, but I can keep building the positivity, love and strength within me. We constantly look for the quick fix, but to build a loving relationship with yourself takes time and work each and every day. Radiant has taught and shown me this, and I plan to use that as the main purpose of connection in each one of my classes.
We can continue to make the excuses or we can start pushing ourselves in the right direction. Maybe for you that’s with yoga or somewhere else. All I can say is that you must follow your passion without hesitation because it will lead you towards your purpose. I have my passion and hope to share it with as many souls as possible on my journey of teaching inside and outside the walls of Radiant Hot Yoga.
